If you’re not satisfied, please read our refund and return rules below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item received is damaged
- The product is not as described
- Wrong item delivered
To be eligible:
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items damaged due to customer handling
2. Refund Process
If approved:
- Refunds for M-Pesa payments will be made via M-Pesa
- Refund processing takes 2–5 business days
- You will receive confirmation once processed
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if the item is still in stock.
If out of stock, you may choose:
- A refund
- A different item
- Store credit
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom crafts
- Digital designs
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
